PreCheck provides a range of specialized services to healthcare organizations and health science programs, including background screening, outsourcing solutions for professional license management, health and drug testing, exclusion and sanction screening, immunization tracking, and online I-9 and E-Verify processing. The company has been focused on improving compliance, minimizing risk, and maintaining high standards of patient care across the healthcare industry.
Problem Statement
PreCheck was facing challenges with its legacy system, which included a complex UI/UX that caused inefficiencies in the screening and credential monitoring processes. The existing system had high load times, resulting in a 3-5 day lag in the hiring process, which affected user satisfaction and led to a reduced number of healthcare professionals using the platform. This created delays in hiring and potential compliance risks, underlining the need for a more efficient and updated solution to streamline the screening process.
Possible solution
In response to these challenges, PreCheck sought a collaboration with Liquid Technologies to modernize its platform.
