Role Overview:
The Head of Growth will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand authority, inbound pipeline, and revenue growth. This role will oversee SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B technology services marketing, demand generation, and building high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Position the company as a thought leader in Design, Data, Development, and AI services.
  • Define brand architecture, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for service verticals.
  • Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.


Demand Generation & Growth

  • Own inbound lead generation and marketing-qualified pipeline targets.
  • Build scalable digital acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels.
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Optimize conversion funnels across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of marketing & sales leadership experience in B2B technology services.
  • Proven experience marketing AI, data, SaaS, or software development services.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
  • Experience driving inbound pipeline and measurable revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with strong command over marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.

We are seeking a Team Lead– Information Technology to lead the organization’s IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Information Security, IT Support, and Enterprise Systems.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, IT operations, and compliance while leading the overall IT function. This individual will be responsible for ensuring business continuity, high availability, secure systems, and exceptional end-user support.

This role requiring someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, managing teams, implementing global best practices, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

  • Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
