ABOUT PROJECT
ProCheck aimed to transform industrial operations by providing real-time monitoring, insightful analytics, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The goal was to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and empower Fortune 50 Pharma companies with strategic decision-making capabilities through data-driven insights.
Project Objectives
The app is built on a scalable architecture to support growth and optimized for performance, ensuring quick load times and smooth interactions. Finally, rigorous security measures are implemented to protect user data and comply with healthcare regulations, promoting user education and empowerment through resources and personalized health tips.
Problem Statement
Managing complex operations and leveraging IoT data for actionable insights posed significant challenges for large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturers. Despite generating vast amounts of IoT data, extracting meaningful, real-time insights remained difficult. Executives needed clear and concise Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE) reports to optimize production, but the sheer volume of raw data made analysis and decision-making cumbersome. Without an efficient way to process and present this information, companies faced operational inefficiencies, increased downtime, and suboptimal resource utilization.
Possible Solution
To address these challenges, ProCheck partnered with Liquid Technologies to develop a sophisticated data management and analytics solution. By leveraging advanced Power BI dashboards, digital twins, and Snowflake Data Sharing, Liquid Technologies streamlined data processing and enhanced real-time visibility. This solution enabled pharma companies to extract actionable insights from IoT data, improving efficiency, optimizing supply chains, and reducing unplanned downtime.
