We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Senior SQA Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of our enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment while driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Validate APIs, microservices, databases, third-party integrations, and end-to-end application workflows.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote automation-first testing practices.
- Validate AI-powered features, data-driven applications, and system integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support performance, load, stress, and security testing to ensure production readiness.
- Identify, track, and verify defects while collaborating with Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, release activities, and continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in manual testing, defect tracking, and test case management.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
