Position Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively seeking and qualifying potential leads interested in our web and mobile application development services. Your primary goal is to identify and engage with prospects who have a genuine interest in our solutions, ensuring our sales team is presented with high-quality opportunities for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Utilize online portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to identify potential leads within the target industries and geographic regions.
  • Prospecting: Conduct research and gather information on potential clients to create a well-informed outreach strategy.
  • Outreach: Reach out to prospects through email, Cold calling, InMail, and other communication channels, effectively communicating our company’s value proposition.
  • Qualification: Engage with leads to assess their needs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring they meet our criteria for a qualified lead.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects over time, providing them with valuable information and resources to keep them engaged.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide insights into the prospect’s needs and preferences.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports to track lead generation metrics and the effectiveness of various outreach strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance your lead generation strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application development services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and online portals for lead generation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
