We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling Upwork bidding, and successfully closing sales deals. The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Handle the complete Upwork bidding process, from proposal submission to client communication.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture potential leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports on performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions.
- Experience with Upwork bidding and a strong understanding of freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
