    Okadoc is a digital healthcare platform that enables patients to book both in-person and online doctor appointments, while also supporting virtual consultations through its built-in technology. Headquartered in the UAE, with active operations in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, Okadoc aims to be the most reliable appointment marketplace for patients and a trusted platform for doctors and hospitals to manage and grow their practices across all touchpoints.

    Project Objectives

    The project aimed to build a unified data warehouse and reporting system to strengthen Okadoc’s revenue and marketing analytics across multiple regions. Key objectives included:
    • Consolidating data from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia into a single source of truth.
    • Automating dashboards to deliver real-time insights on doctor specializations, facility performance, and appointment trends.
    • Enabling data-driven decisions to improve campaign targeting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.

    Problem Statement

    Okadoc faced challenges managing fragmented data infrastructures across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia. Without a centralized system, reporting was manual and inconsistent, making it difficult to measure performance, optimize marketing campaigns, or evaluate daily, MTD, and YTD revenue across doctor specialties, regions, or healthcare partners. A unified solution was needed to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making at scale.

    Possible Solution

    Liquid Technologies partnered with Okadoc to design and implement a centralized data warehouse and business intelligence system. The solution unified disparate datasets into a single repository, automated key dashboards, and provided real-time visibility into performance metrics. It enabled detailed appointment tracking across variables like geography, doctor specialty, and hospital type, empowering marketing teams and business leaders with actionable insights for better targeting and strategy
