Position Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead– Information Technology to lead the organization’s IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Information Security, IT Support, and Enterprise Systems.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, IT operations, and compliance while leading the overall IT function. This individual will be responsible for ensuring business continuity, high availability, secure systems, and exceptional end-user support.
This role requiring someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, managing teams, implementing global best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Cloud Management
- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on: GCP, Azure, AWS
- Manage virtualization platforms and enterprise servers.
- Oversee data center operations, server rooms, rack management, structured cabling, and hardware lifecycle.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, internet connectivity, and ISP relationships.
- Ensure maximum uptime, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Information Security (SecOps)
- Develop and implement enterprise security strategies.
- Manage:
- Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, MFA, Privileged Access Controls, Vulnerability Management
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Lead incident response and remediation activities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
IT Operations & Support
- Lead IT Helpdesk and End User Support functions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues across the organization.
- Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive automation and process improvement within IT operations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Enterprise Systems Administration
- Administer:
- Active Directory, Google Workspace, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, User Access Management
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage enterprise software deployment and patch management.
Compliance & Governance
Lead IT compliance initiatives including:
- ISO 27001, SOC 2, Security policies, Risk & Asset management
- Access control policies
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
Customer Security & Compliance
- Respond to customer IT security questionnaires.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams during client due diligence.
- Participate in customer security reviews.
- Maintain documentation required for enterprise clients.
IT Asset & Vendor Management
Manage complete IT asset lifecycle:
- Inventory Management
- Asset Assignment
- Asset Tracking
- Procurement
- Software License Management
- Vendor Management
- ISP Management
- Budget Planning
Required Technical Skills
Cloud Platforms: (GCP), Azure, (AWS)
Infrastructure

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT.
- Proven experience supporting software development organizations with 200+ employees is preferred.
- Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls.
- Experience managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience supporting global clients, particularly US-based customers, is highly desirable.
