Okadoc - Liquid Technologies

Okadoc is an online platform for booking both in-person and online doctor appointments and also provides the technology to conduct online consulting sessions for those appointments. It is head-quartered in the UAE with presence in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia as well.
Okadoc wants to be the most reliable and popular online doctor’s appointment marketplace for patients as well as be the go-to platform for doctors and hospitals to register their practice for consultation, both online and in-person.

Problem Statement:

  1. Okadoc wanted to centralize, automate and aggregate its reporting and business intelligence dashboards for all of the 3 regions it operates in. This project was initiated as per of the company’s strategy to streamline its Sales/Revenue analytics and reporting processes with the following aims in mind:
  2. Be able to gauge the company’s daily, YTD and MTD revenue performance across various dimensions, such as appointments by region, doctor speciality and hospitals.
  3. Be able to decide where and whom to target online marketing campaigns based on the region-wise sales performance.
  4. Data infrastructure differed across the various regions Okadoc operated in, so the company wanted a centralized and aggregated data warehouse/reporting system for revenue and marketing analytics.
